Great location, close to town centre and train station. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Friendly, helpful and informative hosts. Even though breakfast not included our hosts left us some snacks and drinks. Secure and convenient parking for my road bicycle. Easy to get to Rome via train station 200m away, and to walk into Tivoli town and Villa d Este.
