Bill “Affordable and quiet place a nice walk to Hadrian’s Villa”

The little guest house is in a typical Italian apartment block and has a terrace which is great for breakfast and meals. It is very convenient for the bus from Rome and a pleasant walk to Hadrian’s Villa. Stefano was very helpful with travel advice. The accommodation was very quiet. The beds are comfortable and the shower hot. The breakfast was self-service and a basic limited one of packaged supermarket pastries, cereals and tea and coffee which was OK for us but nothing like shown in the photos.

Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities and a frig available. Room had small deck attached to dry clothing items on a rack. Great supermarket close by. Bus from near tivoli train station stopped 100m away but not clear information given as to which bus or where to catch it from or get off.
