New, very clean room with comfortable bed and a fresh bathroom. There are balcony on the room and a nice veranda with a wiev over a nice garden. The rooms are on the second floor of a beautiful villa with separate entrance (the kind family lives on first floor). If you have some questions they will help you! Close to the bus, but the villa is on a small, calm road. Very priceworty!

Really good accomodation, beautiful home and large room. They arranged a cheap and wonderfull safari to Yala national park. We loved our driver and even saw leopards!

The room and the entire house was very new and extremely clean! The family was extremely kind and helpful, organized us a great safari at a reasonable price and cooked some of the best dinners we had in Sri Lanka
