the host messaged me photos and clear instructions on whatsapp so this was very simple. the air-con worked brilliantly and the bed was super comfortable. For 1 or 2 people wanting a good value self-catering place to stay it was perfect. The hosts live in the ground floor of the building and were helpful when needed but also left me to my own devices which was great. The location is fantastic for central Tisno and not too far to walk to the Garden Resort. There's a little spot nearby for swimming/cooling off in the sea on hot days and it's very close to the Hotel Tisno and bars and two small local supermarkets. The balcony area is fantastic, gorgeous views over the sea to Tisno town and a lovely table and chairs for enjoying shade or sun. Also kitted out with a clothes drying rack on the terrace which came in very useful each day. I would definitely recommend this place

The location was perfect for attending a festival at the garden restort, was only a 20 min walk. Was also super close to the main bars restaurants and shops. Was exactly what we needed, host was lovely and was there on arrival. Air con in the bedroom worked brilliant which was ideal. Had a nice view out to the sea.
