Even though the property was under renovation, the part of the hotel that was open was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The attention to detail and stylish design really stood out. Overall, a very pleasant stay and much appreciated!

Rooms were renovated and clean. Air conditioning was a must and in good working condition. Great location.

Albania is a beautiful country with helpful and friendly people. A traditional pastry shop nearby called Te Eda, run by a wonderful elderly gentleman, is highly recommended. Centrally located. Many eateries within walking distance. Police station nearby. Anyhow, we felt safe everywhere we walked in Tirana, even on quiet roads. Take Euros. Accepted in many places. Local currency exchange by ATM is super-expensive; felt like a real rip-off. When we went to their other hotel Hotel Artist to pay for the airport taxi the next day, a mother and young daughter arrived in a few minutes and said they were the owners. The hotel is family-run. They were very kind and walked us to the road to point out where some restaurants were located. The little girl Alba spoke English fairly well.
