We got greeted by friendly staff and got a free room upgrade. The rooms were clean The staff were help in providing answers to our questions.

The location is excellent. The room is uncomfortable, and noise from a busy street at night impacts sleep quality. I met two staff; the one at night was not very professional, and the other one was great.
