The apartment was very clean and the terrace was big with a nice view on Tirana and the mountains. The owner was very kind and contacted us every day to check if everything was ok, but respected our privacy. She brought us fruit and new towels, very kind of her!

The location of the property is excellent — it’s very close to everything. You can find everything you need nearby. Lorina was very helpful and checked in to see if we needed anything. The bed was quite comfortable. She had already stocked the fridge with water and turned on the air conditioning before we arrived. The hotel has a large area and an amazing terrace.

I had a fantastic stay at The Cloud! The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need (good for loner stays as well). We really liked that we could make coffee in the morning. One of the highlights is definitely the terrace — it offers a stunning view that’s perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from all the main attractions and very close to the central bus station, which made getting around super easy. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we felt welcome and everything was OK. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to come back soon!

We stayed in this apartment in March. It is a gem, perfectly located a few steps from the city center. It was clean and looked exactly as in the photos. My favorite part was the balcony with a wonderful view of the city and the surrounding mountains. Lorina is super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. She prepared many personal touches like small chocolates, herbal tea, and a cute gift, which we appreciated. We enjoyed our stay, and we would choose this apartment again!
