we loved the reception. we got many help and patience from velbona she helped with places to go to and asked how it was she kept asking how we were and if every thing is OK the hotel is very close to every thing

From the beginning to the end of our stay in the hotel we felt very fine. Valbona is very kind and she always was happy to assist us for all our needs. She gave us very useful information so that our time in Tirana was great. So did her colleague at the reception and the rest of the staff. The hotel and the breakfast are also perfect. The hotel satisfied all our needs of both a good and central location and a cooling and relaxing place in the hot days. We enjoyed the balcony and appreciated the quiet location away from the main streets. Breakfast was very good and staff friendly.
