Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Helped us to book a taxi from the airport. Buzzing area of town, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Clean and comfortable, with a hot shower. Fair value for money. Would recommend.

From the moment I stepped into Hotel Primo, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance was warm, clean, and welcoming — exactly what you’d hope for after a long journey. But what truly set this stay apart was the incredible service, especially from the lovely receptionist who greeted me with a smile that could brighten anyone’s day. Her professionalism, kindness, and effortless hospitality made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and her local recommendations turned out to be hidden gems! It’s rare to find someone so naturally gifted in hospitality, and she absolutely made my short stay feel like a five-star experience. The room was spotless, cozy, and quiet — perfect for a good night’s rest. Everything about the hotel speaks of care and quality, from the elegant decor to the thoughtful little details. If you’re considering a stay in the area, Hotel Primo is an absolute must. And if you’re lucky enough to be welcomed by the same receptionist, your stay will be all the more memorable.
