Lovely breakfast, good choices. Good location. Balcony view of mountains, Friendly staff made us feel welcome, booked us a taxi and helped with parking.

This hotel may not be luxurious, but its location is excellent—just a short walk to all the major attractions, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was quite good. One day, I had to leave early to join a local tour, and they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for me, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room had a balcony. Having air conditioning in summer is essential, and I was glad my room had it. However, if you open the balcony door—even if you close it again afterward—I recommend reminding the front desk to reset the air conditioning, or it might not cool the room properly. I also appreciated their airport transfer service (for a fee), which solved a major concern for me.

The hotel was lovely, it was also spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When checking, in the lady asked what our plans were while visiting Tirana and gave us suggestions of things to do. I thought this was very helpful. The location is fantastic.

Hotel was lovely and is the same as the pictures. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we left our bags there on our last day for free and the reception was able to print off our boarding passes for the flight which was amazing. Room was very comfortable, with a great balcony and bathroom. The restaurant served a good breakfast and was available for other meals also. We had a hire car and was able to get parked which was a great perk.
