Location, service : Selma at front desk is extremely nice and helpful. She helped us with transfer from and to airport, transfer from Tirana to Ohrid and recommended points of interest and restaurants. There is a parking that we did not use and breakfast is made to order with good options, but a bit slow.

Very nice place that I highly recommend. The Staff is great and helpful. It's very central and ideal to visit the city. It's very difficult to park in the neighborhood so if you go by car don't forget to book the hotel car park.

The breakfast is the star of the show, Albanian donuts, fresh fruit, orange juice and coffee, freshly cooked breakfast, the lady who serves the breakfast is an asset to the hotel extremely hard worker, The Great location, we had room 302 large balcony, bathroom and modern the only thing it needs is black out curtains, this is our 3rd time here will be back.

Very friendly staff throughout our staff both at reception and the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with good choice. It was very easy to walk to the centre, to museums etc. There was a good selection of restaurants and bars around about. The room although not the largest were suffice and lovely and cosy.
