Very nice hotel, in an absolutely perfect location right by Piata Victoriei, close to restaurants, coffee places, shops etc. Had an apartment which was very spacious and clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, and with all sort of amenities; its view over Piata Victoriei was really lovely. Staff was very nice and helpful. All in all, an excellent stay.

The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was big and clean but slightly outdated. The spa was incredible- petite but very intimate, cosy and comfortable, with a lift from the floor directly to the spa level, which I thought was very thoughtful. If I had to go back to Timisoara, I'd stay at this hotel just for the spa. I also had a very good massage from Olga.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff was very friendly. Parking costs 15 euros per day.
