Good location in terms of how close it was to Caroline Bay, and a quick walk to the city centre. Had a free room upgrade which we really appreciated.

Great location. Clean, modern, roomy, and beds and pillows very comfy. Good daily service. When the door is shut there is no road noise at all. The outlook over Caroline bay is nice. We enjoyed seeing the traffic and trains go past.

The room was elegant, most comfortable bed that made my husband and I fall asleep really fast. Two person spa bath was amazing to relax in. The lounge area was comfortable. Felt like home.
