Only 10K from Timaru without the noise. Clean, great Brekky of heated fruit, home made jam. Lynn runs an excellent business and the best value for money in all of Timaru.

I love the location being out in Nature. Nice welcoming host. Big bedroom I had and the breakfast that is included in the price. The bed was very comfortable! Lovely decorated and it is a good budget place to stay, but feel they themselfs down with few details.
