The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that check-in on Fridays is possible only from 13:00 to 17:00.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Loved sitting on the patio. It's comfortable and quirky. We were only there one night but it's well equipped.

We had a very nice room and the location is great. Anat is a very nice host and gave us good information for Tiberias and around. Even though breakfast was not included she offered us some pastries from the bakery which was really very nice and we appreciated that alot! The terrace and the view is incredible and it was very quiet when we stayed there.

Quite big appartement close by old Tiberias. Comfortable bed, basic shower. Private parking place is very nice.

a great view from the terrace to the lake, perfect to see the sunrise; very caring and supportive hosts: give you tons of helpful advice on what to see, to do, where to eat etc.; you feel yourself a part of the family; nice room and overall building in a quite, yet central location.
