The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is available only after 18:00.Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.

Very good location, excellent food, nice staff. Has its own access to Kinneret which looks really good (unfortunately we were not during the season). Our room was quite big and had a beautiful view towards the Sea of Galilee.

The location was one of the best parts of staying at the hotel. Yonatan at the front desk went out of his way to give us an upgrade because of my wife's birthday. It was clear that it was very important to him that we have a great time.

It has a private beach right on the Sea of Galilee, a a large pool, decent gym, big clean rooms, the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, wonderful staff.

The hotel feels like 4 star so the price is a bit high for that. Loved the pool area and that it was on the lake and the room was large.
