This was one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was super big and comfy, the area was quiet and relaxing, the bathroom and kitchen were exceptional!

Our apartment at Villa Livia was superb. Spacious, very comfortable and well equiped. The views from the apartment across the swimming pool and down to the sea were exceptional. Our poolside terrace was wonderful right outside our apartment doors. Our host Stefano and his family were extremely friendly and helpful providing us with any information we needed and always being available if needed while discreetly respecting our privacy. Tias is quite quiet and a 15 to 20 minute walk from the apartment and so hiring a car is advisable (although we were happy on foot for our first few days). We will definately be returning to Villa Livia and would recommend it without hesitation.

Perfect location to relax and unwind in a beautiful property, we were so well looked after by our lovely hosts Stefano and Rossana who made our holiday all the more special and we look forward to staying at Villa Livia again and enjoying lovely Lanzarote.
