The property was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was cooked fresh and had lots of items to choose from.

Very welcoming lovely hosts took my cycle into the hallway of the guesthouse as the garage still had the car in. My 2 items if washing were put out on the clothes line for me and brought in when dried in the evening.. a wonderful breakfast.. .my choice was personally limited because of the rest if the day and activity i was engaged in. however the choice on offer was fantastic and let's not forget Daves delicious homemade cakes which were laid out in the lounge area at the top of the landing

Very friendly welcome, we booked last minute as our plans changed, small double room and had a lovely stay and also provided gluten free bread and cereal. Great location just outside Grassington and owners gave us good advice for local birds, and we spent a lovely morning by the local river watching a dipper, so special.
