Breakfast was ok , but one particular waitress was rather cheeky , there was no tea and when I asked she said she would do it after breakfast , so when I asked someone else as I don’t drink coffee and wanted a drink with my breakfast, she came over and said I said I would do it later,not the best way to treat your customers

Perfect location. Very nice room. Pleasant and polite staff. Within walking distance from the station, next to the Passage and Binnenhof. Tram stops close by. Rituals products in the bathroom 😅

This hotel is located at the City center. Very convient place. We always look the availablity of this hotel if we want to travel here. Nice Staff and room cleaning.
