Diego was excellent, helped us book a taxi for an early airport transfer and allowed us to leave luggage there before check in so we could venture into venice. Room was great for our young family of 4. Clean and comfortable with a brilliant breakfast set up. Highly recommend. The children loved the trampoline in the garden. Despite being so close to the airport it was peaceful too.
