A big spacious room with large Georgian windows. Comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Both Joe and Jo were very welcoming and provided an excellent breakfast, packed within a box to your room each morning. Location ideal with a beach est 3-5 mins along the street and shops, pubs and cafés also nearby.

Fantastic location only 6 houses up from beach Room were lovely and clean everything you need in there , Joe & jo lovely people Breakfast was massive really enjoyed our breakfast box coming up It was far to much , bacon sausage egg bap Juice pasties …. Really enjoyed ! Bed better than mine lol 😜 also lovely to have a little sofa in the room with small table ( to eat breakfast and read) The weather was very hot and was really pleased to get a fan put into our room.
