I love Lydstep and have stayed on this caravan site many times as child/teenager in the early 80's and 90's. This visit I brought my partner and our two teenage sons and was pleased to see the site hasn't changed in terms of being quiet, family orientated, clean and safe! The only changes really are the modernisation of the caravans. The views and local walks are beautiful. The Bay View caravan was exceptionally clean and really comorftable. It had everything we needed. We had planned to eat out alot but on arriving at the caravan and seeing the kitchen it prompted us to stay more caravan based and cook for ourselves. It has a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils. We did have dinner at the Lydstep Tavern one evening which is just a short drive out the caravan site. I suggest booking as they turned quite a few people away. Also, the caravan is situated in a nice quiet area and a short walk from the beach. The caravan site has lots of activities. We just spent our time there on the beach which is huge, clean and was pretty quiet. There is an onsite shop which has all your usual stuff at a reasonable price. Tenby is only short drive away from Lydstep and is a beautiful little town and has lots of things for all ages plus lots of shops. I highly recommend this caravan and Lydstep, it's one of my all time places. You can't not have a bad stay here and this caravan will make your stay so much better.
