The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is 1 hour after sunset.Please note that Breakfast will be served at the Opera Tel Aviv Hotel (across the street). Please note that food and groceries bought outside of the hotel are not allowed on hotel's grounds.

Location is amazing. Room is modern and clean. Very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Connection to the main Herbert Samuel hotel which gives access to the swimming pool there.

Amazing staff - friendly and professional. Can make you cold ice coffee in the morning and pour you a glass of champagne at night - all included. Right across from the beach. Amazing location and amazing view of the sunset at night. Paid parking at the sister hotel right across. Breakfast was exceptional. Literally kept me full all day!
