Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Everything. Hotel is in a great location, staff were super nice. Room and bed very comfy and so clean. Originally booked a larger room that was not available on our arrival. We were compensated with a free breakfast for our stay and were refunded immediately the difference we paid for the original room. Could not ask for more.

The room was as beautiful as on the photos. The design is beautiful and warm, there is a lot of natural light coming in to the room from the street. The area is very quiet and pretty, close to bars and restaurants and the beach too. The bathroom is nice, big and clean also.
