Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Everything was excellent, we really enjoyed the hotel even though the security situation outside was not good. The hotel staff took care of everything for us, including everything. Especially the guy in the reception who called mohammed , He took care of everything for us.

Have been in this hotel before and each time I'm more impressed of the great value for money that you get in this hotel. And the staff are so friendly and helpful! This time I was upgraded to a bigger room for no added payment. I'm sure I'll be back here again!
