Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Amazing location. Within steps to the beach and busses. The room has a great big balcony and comes with a clothing rack to dry your things outside.

The location is gorgeous. Step out and you're basically on the best beach in town, beautiful with lots of amenities. Convenient access to everything in Tel Aviv. Everything is very clean. The room is simple but refurbished and very comfortable, especially the bed including everything.

The moment you enter inside, the scent smells good and clean. The staffs are nice and accomodating. There are nearby convenient stores and restaurant to go to. Overall, everything was well and good until check out.
