Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Great locarion, noisy, but this is center. Coffee shop and supermarket in 10 metres. The owner was wery responsive. Highly recommend, if you want to live in the heart of Tel-Aviv

Perfect quarter to stay and to reach everything by foot or bus. Comfy bed. Much Bauhaus around the corner!

Location is great, walking distance to the beach and lots of convenient shops, restaurants and bars around the area. The place is safe and perfect our group girls trip! Check-in is seamless as instruction was provided by the host upon arrival. Definitely highly recommended a place to stay in Tel Aviv.
