The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is available only after 18:00.Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format. I stayed many times at this hotel but this time it was very unpleasant. I couldnt believe that there was no hot water for a while and the receptionist was not trying to help. There was someone who was hearing loud music with open door in the room next door.
