The staff were super friendly and helpful, the decor was lovely, my request for a vegan breakfast was quickly accommodated and it was delicious. Great vibe, good location (the street is currently torn up to install a tram line, but they can't help that, and walking anywhere was no problem at all), would definitely stay again!

The location was ideal, as was the breakfast.The staff is very friendly and patient with me, who doesn't speak English well. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel.

As they had some free rooms during the days, I quickly got upgraded to a bigger room. I also liked the possibility of turning off the AC and opening the window. There is a nice café in the lobby where many people go working. The staff like Michel and Yuval helped me to feel like at home.
