The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. I liked the apartment very much, good neighbors, location is amazing, very close to Ha'yarkon Park and the beach, top location of the city in my opinion. The building is new which is a great plus as a comparison to other buildings in the area XD the apartment have all facilities needed, maybe few things missing, but aren't critical for your stay. Elevator of course and a very nice entrance to the building, a door code as well, parking lot right next to the building if you need, also Supermarket just down the building.

The location was amazing, few minutes next to the Hilton Beach, and also next to Dizzengoff street. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was super comfy and cozy. Would definitely recommend.

We really liked our stay there. The apartment itself was very clean and stylish. Jessica answered all questions and was ready to propose any advise or help if we needed some. Washing machine and dryer work perfect, all sheets are clean, the interior is stylish and very cozy.
