The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Groups (reservations with 5 rooms, or more) requires Payment up-front. Groups reservations are always Non refundable. Groups are subject to hotel's final approval.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The guesthouse is in the middle of Florentine District and also close to Levinsky Market and Yaffo. The Personal Statue reception was extremely friendly and supporting, Specials Jonathan. THX for having me!

It's a nice hotel/hostel and the room had a great shower. We enjoyed breakfast outside on the sidewalk where you see lots of folks walking their dogs. I wish there had been a TV, but we did have WiFi so we used our computer for movies.
