Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Great location near the beach. The room was very comfortable and I loved having a bathrobe. The included breakfast was delicious and very generous, but people should know that it's a la carte and not a buffet as they might be expecting. That means you order from a menu and then wait for it to be prepared, which is fine if you're not in a hurry to catch a bus or attend a meeting.
