The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Lovely property. 2 mins (or less) from the beach. View sea. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast room, perfect location, good choice of fresh and tasty food at breakfast. Bottle of water waited for us in the room, tea / coffee facilities located at lobby and in the room (kettle). Sea view from the room window (although at an angle) - photo from the room attached
