We had a fantastic stay at these apartments in Tbilisi! The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions, cafes, and shops, yet very quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly felt at home here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

A small but functional apartment with 3 bedrooms. 2 rooms with large beds and one room with a small bed. Necessities such as towels and soap were provided adequately. The house was clean. The bathroom was very comfortable. The house is not considered a duplex. There is a a room like a storage area or dressing room in the master bedroom that can be reached by stairs. All rooms are on the same floor. Value for money is 10 out of 10, but the situation I experienced below had a slightly negative impact on my holiday comfort at first.

the location is very convenient for us as foreigners to look for food, entertainment and travel to the outskirt of the city and around, the apartment is quiet though with the last night the neighbor next door seemed unrest even to 3amI am
