We stayed at Villa Anna for 4 nights. The host met us and was very helpful. The apartment is great for a family and has three nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony on the roof had an amazing view. Great location, right in the middle of everything, but has a steep hill to walk up in order to get to it. We would definitely recommend and stay again

Spacious apartments in a heart of Tbilisi, rooftop terrace with beautiful view. It was quiet at nights, which was important for us. Nice and helpful owner. Air-conditioning is very good, Especially when it was +36 in Tbilisi it saved our lives. Highly recommended!
