We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this cozy and welcoming BnB hosted by Mr. Roman. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel right at home. He’s an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman, always checking in to see if we needed anything and ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent—just about 700 meters from the stunning Holy Trinity Cathedral. The view of the cathedral from the balcony at night is magical. The property itself is homely and peaceful, with a lovely sunlit area to relax in, a fully equipped kitchen, and easy access to public transport. The blue minivans stop right outside the gate, and Avlabari metro station is about a km walk away. Adding to the charm are Roman’s adorable pets—two lovely dogs, Dora and Musa, and a cat named Bagheera. Their presence made the place feel even more like home. Our booking was until April 29th, with a midnight flight. We planned to check out at noon and explore the city, but unfortunately, bad weather changed our plans. When we requested a late check-out, Mr. Roman didn’t hesitate—he kindly let us stay and even offered his personal residence in case someone else booked the room.

Host was really welcoming and he had 2 wonderful dogs - Dora and Musha. Both dogs were friendly and playful. Most of the Tbilsi attractions are nearby.

Really lovely place. The room is nice and the house is great, very beautiful view on Tbilissi. Romeo is really friendly and has 2 lovely dogs. We had really nice time there.
