Clean, spacious room, with absolutely all amenities. The location is very nice, as it's a quiet district not far from the centre (btw, nearby there is a nice restaurant, for those who plan to work remotely it's a great option). The yard is very nice, with palms and swing chairs, sometimes we forgot we were in Tbilisi. Also, the owner is very helpful and flexible :)

The apartment is nice and warm - we were there in November, and the weather was quite cold. The host was very attentive and promptly helped us. It is a small apart-hotel with a private courtyard with palms. The place is quiet, high on a hill with fresh air, which is a big plus for Tbilisi. At the same time, it is not far from the center - 30 min by foot or 10 min by car.

A quiet and warm place for rest. We were very satisfied as a family. There were necessary dishes in the kitchen. The washing machine was working. The duplex room was very hot. They greeted us very kindly, corrected the geolocation. Thank you Vasil and Edgar.
