Absolutely loved the location and the interior of this cosy apartment. The host George was a friendly guy who kept in touch to make sure if we needed anything. There are plenty of cafe's right outside the apartment one cafe in particular 'Midtown' is amazing in terms of food. The apartment was fully equipped, very nice view facing funicular. Also i would like to say its designed beautifully. There is a balcony from room aswell as from the kitchen. Would def come again next time.

HI Friends, Everything was great. I want to talk about the owner of the apartment first. He and his esteemed wife were very friendly and nice and had arranged everything in advance for us to enter the apartment. They are architects and have designed and decorated the house very beautifully. In the apartment, there is everything for a short stay, from dishes and utensils, spoons and forks to other appliances such as television, iron, ironing board, candles, internet, air conditioner, etc. The apartment is located in a beautiful area in Old Tbilisi and everything is close to this apartment. There are many bars and restaurants around the house. Kar Fore store is very close to the apartment for buying food such as meat and fruit, and there is also an exchange office in front of Kar Fore to change your currency. Another important building that is very close to this apartment and where a lot of administrative work is done (including marriage registration) is the Public Service Building. I said this for friends who are planning to register their marriage in Tbilisi, Georgia, and they should refer to these mushroom-shaped structures, and it is better to say that a total of 5 minutes of walking is enough to reach this mushroom-shaped building. Another advantage of this apartment is that it is very close to Tbilisi sights and you can visit all these places by walking, such as the statue of Mother Georgia, the cable car, the peace bridge, etc.
