Great location in old part of town. Great homecooked breakfast. Owner plays classic guitar with friends at night if you are lucky. Up a steep short quiet street. Very charming.

Really nice room with a balcony. We were fortunate to be upgraded which was a lovely surprise for us. Breakfast is amazing, loads of variety and honestly a bit of a feast. It's in a great location in the old town but just be aware that sometimes the road to the hotel has bollards up so taxis can't drop straight outside, it's just a short walk uphill. Loved the Kisi kitties 😻

Very comfortable and conveniently located hotel in the bath district. The room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was excellent. Helpful staff and good, relaxing atmosphere. Hotel is a short walk from the main tourist sites, but also close to the botanic gardens if you want some peace.

Lovely hotel in the city centre, 3 minutes away from the baths. Nicely decorated and very clean rooms. High quality toiletries and facilities. Breakfast is nice too with both sweet and savoury options. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Would recommend this place for your stay in Tbilisi as it's within walkable distance to all main attractions(cathedral, old down, dry bridge market etc.)
