It was a very nice development, with a really good view, and the owner was nice enough to leave a bottle of wine for us. The location is nicely situated near bus stops where I could hop on to central, and there is a Spar right below the building. The flat was very clean, simple and nice with good cooking equipment and a coffee machine for filter coffee, but there were a few things that for the premium price I paid was not expecting, X sofa was incredibly uncomfortable to even sit on as it had completely deformed. X extractor hood in the kitchen was not working X the doors to the balcony were not fully closing so cold air was coming in X the duvet did not fit the bed X the water pressure was incredibly low, so we couldn't use the big head of the shower, and for washing hands it was inconvenient, with no hot water in the kitchen
