The most wonderful host ever.and her son has excellent English and was always so helpful. A great neighbourhood. An incredible harden.liveky pool. Generous breakfast. What a treasure. 20 minutes walk to the meyro.cheao taxis. A gum around the corner. Everything you need. Places to eat everywhere. And the city offers everything. I can't imagine a better place.

Very nice and helpful owner, always present and ready to help. Very clean outdoor swimming pool is such a joy on a hot Tbilissi summer day. Homemade breakfast feels like you are invited to a Georgian mother's home. There is a place to park your car inside the gated yard, kids can run around safely on the grass.

The accommodation is closer to the Isani metro area. It's a big family house, manor-like with a big garden and swimming pool, where the rooms are rented out. The hosts (Irma, Gabriel Sr. and Gabriel Jr.) were as helpful and kind as possible. Gabriel Sr. even gave me a lift to the Orchatakala coach station (which is a 15-min walk from them) on my check-out day. 🙌🏆 Definitely trying to book them again if/when I am back at Tbilisi.

we loved the lady who owns te place. Breakfast was nice, though don't expect a luxoriuos hotel breakfast. the room was spacious however it lacked some facilities (kettle. The neighboroud is not that nice, safe but old and not clean. 15 minutes drive form the centre . nice pool and for such a price !!!! the owners gave their best to help. overall if you take into consideration the price it is fully recommended
