Absolutely excellent value for money. Perfect location. Brilliant apartment, they have thought of everything you would need. Great kitchen. Super comfortable bed and large room. Lounge has great sofas, excellent big smart TV. Had wonderful 4 nights. Sad to leave. One of our favourite accommodation we have stayed at. Good communication with host. And I mustn't forget the Tandoor bread baker right below, 1.5 GEL a loaf. A must. Highly recommend.

Great location close to excellent restaurants and walkable to most main sights in city centre. Spacious apartment with everything you need.

Superb property and the location is just wow right around freedom square. can’t get more central than this- cafes, bars, restaurants, money exchange everything is less that a minute walk, we found the money exchange closest to the house to give the best rates. the main door and stairs look a little old and scary but don’t go by that the apaartment is fab. anytime i come to Tbilisi i will stay here. keep in mind all payments have to be done in cash not only here but most places in georgia so plan for it.

The apartment is situated above a traditional Georgian bakery, enveloping you in the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread. It requires a strong will to resist the temptation! Additionally, there's a charming hair salon nearby (on the same street) where you can get a fabulous hairdo for just under £10, making you feel like a queen. Further down the street, there's Cafe Litera, where I enjoyed the most incredible food, including a Georgian specialty delicacy called Nikhvi, made from rare mushrooms. This marks my third or fourth stay in this apartment, and each time is just as delightful.
