Excellent apartments for work and vacation in a good area of Tbilisi. Stores, market, exchange - everything is near the apartment. The apartment is clean and very cozy, there is everything you need for living. The interior of the apartment is full of elements of folk decorative art, beautiful furniture. The owner of the apartment Lika is very friendly and nice, we are glad to meet her. We will definitely choose this apartment on our next visit))

Lika's old-style two-room apartment in Tblisi was a great place to stay for our first few nights in Georgia. It's spacious and has effective air conditioning, fast wifi, a good shower and small kitchen with a stove and a washing machine. Lika speaks Georgian and Russian and lives next door, communication in English with her granddaughter was easy. The apartment is located between the old town and the station, near the Marjanishvili metro station. The area has plenty of good places to eat and drink, we loved the classy Unfound Door restaurant and Purinua, just a block away, and our best Khinkal dumpling experience was at Khas-Khas next to the lively Fabrika complex, 5 minutes walk away. The metro gets you to the station or Old Town in a few minutes for just 1-1,5GEL, just use your credit card. Bolt taxis are cheap and reliable, you can get from the apartment to the old town fast, in under 10 minutes for about 5GEL, and from the airport it's about 2ß-25GEL with Bolt.
