The value for money is fantastic. All the staff were great and helpful. The breakfast was awesome considering the rate paid for the room. Location was great, if you have a family, there is a great park nearby and metro very close by too. Will stay here again

1. Staff are very kind and helpful 2. The lady in resturant is super active and energetic. 3. The cleaness in rooms is great and daily cleaning services change all supplies in the room. 4. The room is equipped with all basic needs. 5. Breakfast. 6. Location close to city mall , around 1 km. 7. Value for money

It was my repeat stay with no regrets in Batesta Hotel. Very conveniently located for our desired interest. This timeI I was given a massive room due to free upgrade. I had to check in very early hours of the day, so instead of lot of other hotels charging for whole night stay, I was only asked to pay for half a day in addition to my other days. Very helpful staff.
