The owner was very understanding with our late arrival and made the check in progress very smooth. The breakfast was varied enough. The location is close to main tourist attractions. Even though the hotel staff didn’t speak amazing English we still managed to communicate just fine.

I had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive—they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is absolutely perfect—tucked into a charming and quiet part of the Old Town, yet just a short walk from all the main sights, cozy cafes, and vibrant city life. It really gave me the best of both worlds: peaceful rest and easy access to explore Tbilisi. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything was spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail, from the fresh linens to the lovely decor that reflects the spirit of Tbilisi. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, fresh, and delicious—each morning felt like a taste of Georgian hospitality. I highly recommend B&B Old Tbilisi to anyone looking for an authentic, warm, and memorable stay. I left with a full heart and the feeling that I’ll definitely be back one day. Kind, friendly, and helpful hosts. Great location, tidy room. Breakfast is plentiful and offers a good variety. We were also provided with a parking lot for the rented car in front of the hotel.
