It is a shame that Booking limits the highest rating grade by 10. I would easily rate the stay at 15, as it was a truly exceptional trip to Tbilisi. Location is great - at the heart of the vibrant city, close to market shops and the underground station. Facilities are great. In the summer one can enjoy the inner yard and the terrace with BBQ and astonishing view. But all these details are not as relevant as the host. Irakli was very responsive, he helped us on every occasion. Besides, he personally drove us to Gudauri and back and organized a FABULOUS New Year party. I will certainly stay here when I come to Tbilisi next time.

A hotel run by a super amazing and accommodating family. They really make you feel at home with their exceptional care and attention. They look after the hotel and garden very well and doing it with high standards. Here we feel truly welcome. We had a beautiful apartment with a kitchen and wonderful garden view for 9 days, it was nice and clean and had everything for our stay (WIFI, AC in every room, all kitchen equipment, microwave, plenty of towels, hairdryer, slippers ...). They have a beautiful terrace with a BBQ area and wonderful view on the Cathedral. The location is very good, next to the Holy Trinity Cathedral (1min from the hotel), there is a small zoo in the area and children can play, run around, and relaxing place for parents. Restaurant and Coffee Shop about 100 meters away. All shops are located approximately 200 meters around and are cheaper than in the city. The distance to the Old city is only 1km. Avlabari metro station is 500 meters away. 800 meters to the Cable Car. Its really easy to get to the city center by foot, and that's a nice walk. Definitely the best place to stay and we will definitely come back.

This is one of the best places to stay if you are in Tbilisi, the host is super nice and friendly, the room is eveything you wish for and feels quite luxurious and the view is amazing. We stayed for three nights and had to leave in the middle of the night to catch a plane. The host arranged a cab. Very good experience!
