This is a small but comfortable and convenient apartment to stay if you have a few days in Tbilisi to visit the old city with its attractions. Gurgen is a very friendly and helpful host who let us in at 4 o'clock in the morning. The kitchen has every utility for cooking and having meals. The location is just perfect that is in walking distance from the city center. Lots of supermarkets around as well. The apartment was spotlessly clean and warm when we arrived. Two double beds are comfy, and one of them in the bigger bedroom is huge! All and all, we enjoyed our stay in this apartment, thus highly recommended.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly, the apartment is clean, comfortable, there were lots of useful staff such as shampoo, tissues, sleepers and so on. There was plenty of cutlery, crockery and linen.

We stayed 4 nights with our family. Apartment is brand new on a ground floor while host are living on the first floor and Gurgen took care of us like a family. He provided free of charge pick up. House is located in-yeard and quited while 1 minute to main Tbilisi cathedral and 5 mins walk to metro station, two supermarkets and a bakery are nearby. Gurgen advised us on all travel and sightseeing and we agreed on tours for two days when he wasa very good guide. All the apartment is freshly refurbished, nice bathroom with hot water, quick wifi, washing machine, A/C and equipperd kitchen is available.
