I really can't fault Ambassadori for anything - from stepping into the door it feels a little bit like being in a perfectly curated movie. Special mention for the breakfast buffet which includes a whole parma ham and honey straight from the honeycomb alongside all sorts of other delights including a very aesthetic and tasty cake section.

Absolutely exceptional hotel with 5-star facilities and service. All staff throughout my stay were beyond welcoming, yet discreet. Flawless service. Everything in the hotel feels well cared for and high quality, from stepping into the opulent reception area to the thick carpets, feather pillows and extra-comfy beds in the rooms. Giorgi on the reception desk was a highlight for his infectious joy, High five Giorgi!

Best location in Tblisi, it is very close to many attractions. Lovely staff especially the bell captain and staff at reception. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is well-located and offers a generally pleasant stay. However, I recommend paying close attention when selecting a room, as some rooms have windows facing the interior corridor, which may not meet the expectations typically associated with this level of hotel. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Salome Papava from Guest Relations. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism and went above and beyond to resolve a very complex and seemingly unsolvable issue. Her professionalism and warm attitude made our stay at the hotel truly unforgettable.
