Location is perfect. It has indeed amazing view but you can only see it from outside. Bed was comfortable and linen were clean. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

It was centrally located to everything in the city. Loved how the diners/restaurants were located just outside the entrance.

The best location allows you to have a magic time wolking throw the old Tbilisi. It is the part of old authentic building with the great view. It's tiny but has all you need inside (even second bathroom). The owner was very good to us all the time and also helped us to store luggage for some hours after check out. We were looking for an atmosphere stay and we got it! Thank you!
