Beutiful place, all family enjoy . Farma is perfekt - all nice animal, every day we was going to pet all animals. Nice game room. Nice view . Nice owner, realy helpfull. we dont have nothing to say bad evrithing was perfekt. Thank u for great week hollyday. We was going to skiing to Rainer. 20 min by car.

The house is located on the hill and there is wonderful view on the Mountains from windows/terrace! Also, thanks to the altitude, the night sky was amazing! Only in the winter you may need chains to get there by car, we were lucky that the road was dry during our stay. But the owners informed us about it in advance and also posted a video of how to get there, so everything was fine :)

Nice view, friendly host, all facilities are good, perfect for vacation with friends or family if you like it quiet and are traveling by car. 30min by car from Kitzsteinhorn and Zell am Zee, keep in mind you will need snow chains for your car.
